The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It is equipped with either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearing features a bore range of 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series, and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, which enhances reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, complemented by suitable grease. Improved accuracy of components results in quieter operation, and a lower running torque contributes to reduced energy consumption and cost savings.
