The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life at the time of manufacture. Available in bore sizes from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), this bearing design enhances reliability through the use of newly designed seals and shields along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components ensures quiet operation, while the design also contributes to cost and energy savings by minimizing power loss through low and stable running torque.
