Pop up pools are designed to instantly expand to capture leaks from saddle tanks, pipes, hydraulic lines, and various industrial incidents. The Sprung Steel models operate by simply removing them from their protective carrying case and giving them a quick shake, which activates their automatic expansion for immediate emergency response. The unique patented design features a foam ring that rises with the liquid level, effectively raising the sidewalls. The compact folded size allows for efficient storage within spill kits, and the handles on the storage bag can be utilized for hanging near shipping and receiving docks. These pools boast excellent chemical resistance, including to diesel fuel, antifreeze, acids, caustics, and corrosives, and are instrumental in minimizing environmental damage and related clean-up costs. They are especially effective for responding to damaged saddle tanks, cross-over lines, HAZMAT spills, leaking containers, machinery, and piping, and can also serve as decontamination pools and collection pools for soiled sorbents. Notably, storage bags are included with the Sprung Steel models only, and all products are made in the USA.
