The Master Lock® steel lockout hasp, model No. 421, features a 1-1/2" (38mm) inside jaw diameter and provides the capability to hold up to six padlocks, making it ideal for lockout situations involving multiple workers at each lockout point. This heavy gauge steel hasp is designed to keep equipment inoperative while repairs or adjustments are performed, ensuring that the control cannot be restored until the last worker's safety padlock is removed from the hasp. The hasp is equipped with a red vinyl coated handle for enhanced visibility and grip. Its dimensions are 2-3/8" x 5" (60mm x 127mm), adding to its reliability and functionality in lockout applications.
