The kit includes a durable Zenex™ blue body padlock designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications, featuring a non-conductive, lightweight construction to ensure safety. The padlock measures 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) in width and 1-3/4" (4.4 cm) in height, with a plastic shackle that helps prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also preventing electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, made from plastic, copper, and brass. The padlock has a clearance of 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) and complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. It features key retaining functionality to ensure that the padlock cannot be left unlocked and is equipped with a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder for enhanced security.
