The padlock kit features a plastic shackle that helps prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also preventing electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, made from plastic, copper, and brass. The lock dimensions are 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) wide and 1-3/4" (4.4 cm) tall, featuring a Zenex™ green body with a plastic shackle that has a 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) clearance. This product is designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications and boasts a durable, lightweight, non-conductive Zenex™ lock body. It complies with the OSHA "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and includes a key retaining feature to ensure that the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock is equipped with a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder for enhanced security.
