The lockout/tagout padlock kit features a plastic shackle that helps prevent electrocution and arc flashing, while also preventing electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, composed of plastic, copper, and brass. The padlock measures 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) in width and 1-3/4" (4.4 cm) in height, featuring a Zenex™ teal body and a plastic shackle with a clearance of 1-1/2" (3.8 cm). It is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and incorporates a durable, lightweight, non-conductive Zenex™ lock body. The kit complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive, includes key retaining functionality to ensure the padlock is not left unlocked, and features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder for added security.
