The kit includes a S1017 safety carry case containing three 410RED Zenex™ padlocks keyed alike, a 1-420 lockout hasp, a 1-427 Snap-On red hasp, a 1-S806 adjustable cable lockout, and three gate valve covers for various handle sizes: one for 1" (2.5cm) to 3" (7.6cm) handles (1-480), one for 2" (5cm) to 5" (12.7cm) handles (1-481), and one for 4" (10.1cm) to 6.5" (16.5cm) handles (1-482). Additionally, the kit includes a 1-468L Seal Tight ball valve lockout, a 1-S3068 ball valve lockout, and a bag of 12-497A danger tags.
