The kit includes a Zenex™ orange body padlock that measures 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) in width and 3" (7.6 cm) in height, designed specifically for lockout/tagout applications. This padlock features a shackle with a clearance of 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) and is made from durable, lightweight, non-conductive Zenex™ material. It allows for on-site customization with permanent, write-on labels and complies with OSHA's directive of "one employee, one lock, one key." The padlock is equipped with a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder that is key retaining, ensuring that the padlock is not left unlocked. It features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder and comes in commercial boxed packaging.
