The safety lockout covered padlock station includes 10 of the 410RED Zenex™ padlocks, all keyed differently, as well as 2 - 420 hasps and 2 bags (12 per bag) of the 497A tags. This kit features an exclusive lockable translucent cover that protects the contents from dust and grime, ensuring the lockout padlocks are readily available when needed. Constructed from resilient polycarbonate material, it provides twice the heat resistance and quadruple the impact strength of typical stations. The one-piece molded construction eliminates the risk of glued hanger clips or tag pockets coming loose. Additionally, reinforced snap-on clips facilitate easy storage and removal of padlocks and hasps. The Zenex™ padlock includes front and rear labels printed in English, Spanish, and French. The station dimensions are 15-1/2" H x 22" W x 1-3/4" D (39.3 cm x 55.8 cm x 4.4 cm). The kit also comes with a no-charge safety lockout padlock key charting system, which entails returning an enclosed mail-in card after purchase for Master Lock® to supply a registered system number, maintain a record of padlock key cuts, and prevent key duplications in future orders of safety padlocks.
