The kit includes a padlock with a Zenex™ purple body and a shackle that offers a 1-1/2" (3.8cm) clearance, measuring 1-1/2" (3.8cm) wide and 3" (7.6cm) tall. This padlock is designed specifically for lockout/tagout applications, featuring a durable, lightweight, and non-conductive Zenex™ lock body. It allows for on-site customization with permanent, write-on labels and complies with the OSHA "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The padlock is equipped with a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder and is key retaining, ensuring that it is not left unlocked. Additionally, it utilizes a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder.
