The kit includes a padlock with a Zenex™ teal body that measures 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) wide and 1-3/4" (4.4 cm) tall, featuring a shackle with a 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) clearance, designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications. The padlock is constructed from a durable, lightweight, non-conductive Zenex™ material and allows for on-site customization with permanent, write-on labels. It complies with the OSHA "one employee, one lock, one key" directive, ensuring safety during use. Additionally, the padlock comes with a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder, is key retaining to prevent it from being left unlocked, and features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder.
