The kit includes a padlock featuring a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle, which fits a wide range of applications. The shackle is made of marine grade 316 stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance. The Zenex™ black body measures 1-3/8" (35mm) in width and 1-7/8" (48mm) in height, with a clearance of 1-1/2" (38mm). This padlock has a patented design that complies with OSHA guidelines regarding key management, specifically the "one employee, one padlock, one key" rule. It is key retaining, ensuring that the padlock cannot be accidentally left unlocked, and is built to withstand chemicals, extreme temperatures, and is UV stable. For global identification purposes, the package includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, along with 14 language options. A S142 photo identification label is also included for immediate user recognition. The padlock features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with options for keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations.
