The padlock kit features a 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) wide and 3" (7.6 cm) tall Zenex™ yellow body with a shackle that provides a 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) clearance, specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications. It boasts a durable, lightweight, and non-conductive Zenex™ lock body that can be customized on-site using permanent, write-on labels. The product complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive, ensuring safety and security in various environments. It incorporates a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder and features a key retaining mechanism to guarantee that the padlock is not left unlocked. The keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder adds an additional layer of security, and the padlock comes in commercial boxed packaging.
