The padlock kit includes a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle that fits a wide range of applications, featuring a marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The padlock's dimensions are 1-3/8" (35mm) wide and 1-7/8" (48mm) tall, with a Zenex™ green body providing a 1-1/2" (38mm) high clearance. Its patented design complies with OSHA guidelines, emphasizing the principle of "one employee, one padlock, one key." The key-retaining feature ensures the padlock is not accidentally left unlocked, while its construction allows it to withstand chemicals, temperature extremes, and UV exposure. The kit also includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels with 14 language options for global identification, and an S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. It operates with a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with the possibility of keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed options.
