This kit includes a padlock featuring a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle that fits more applications, constructed with a marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The padlock has a 1-3/8" (35mm) wide and 1-7/8" (48mm) tall Zenex™ orange body, with a shackle that provides 1-1/2" (38mm) high clearance. Its patented design complies with the OSHA guideline of "one employee, one padlock, one key," while the key retaining feature ensures the padlock is not accidentally left unlocked. This product is resistant to chemicals, temperature extremes, and is UV stable. It includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options available for global identification. Additionally, a S142 photo identification label is included for immediate user recognition, and it features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder. Options for keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations are also available.
