The padlock kit features a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle that fits a variety of applications, constructed from marine grade 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. The padlock body measures 1-3/8" (35mm) wide and 1-7/8" (48mm) tall, with a Zenex™ purple design that includes 1-1/2" (38mm) high clearance. It boasts a patented design that complies with OSHA guidelines of "one employee, one padlock, one key," and includes key retaining functionality to prevent accidental unlocking. The padlock is engineered to withstand chemicals, temperature extremes, and UV exposure. It comes equipped with English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, alongside 14 additional language options for global identification. For immediate user recognition, a S142 photo identification label is included. The locking mechanism features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with optional keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations available.
