The kit includes a padlock featuring a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle, which is suitable for a variety of applications. The marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle offers superior corrosion resistance, while the padlock’s Zenex™ red body measures 1-3/8" (35mm) in width and 1-7/8" (48mm) in height, providing a 1-1/2" (38mm) high clearance. The patented design adheres to OSHA guidelines of "one employee, one padlock, one key," and includes a key retaining feature to prevent accidental unlocking. This padlock is resistant to chemicals, temperature extremes, and UV exposure. It comes with English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, along with 14 language options for global identification. Additionally, a S142 photo identification label is provided for immediate user recognition. The padlock is equipped with a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with options for keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations.
