The kit includes a padlock featuring a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle that fits a variety of applications. Constructed with marine grade 316 stainless steel, the shackle provides superior corrosion resistance. The padlock has a Zenex™ teal body that measures 1-3/8" (35mm) in width and 1-7/8" (48mm) in height, equipped with a 1-1/2" (38mm) high clearance. Its patented design complies with the OSHA guideline of "one employee, one padlock, one key." The key retaining feature ensures that the padlock is not accidentally left unlocked, while it is also designed to withstand chemicals, temperature extremes, and UV exposure. It includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 additional language options available for global identification. The S142 photo identification label offers immediate user recognition, and it features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with options for keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations.
