The kit includes a padlock featuring a 3/16" (4.76mm) diameter shackle, designed to fit a wide range of applications. The shackle is constructed from Marine Grade 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. The Zenex™ white body of the padlock measures 1-3/8" (35mm) in width and 1-7/8" (48mm) in height, with a clearance of 1-1/2" (38mm). Its patented design complies with the OSHA guideline of "One employee, one padlock, one key," promoting safety in the workplace. The padlock is key-retaining to prevent accidental unlocking and is built to withstand chemicals, temperature extremes, and UV exposure. It also includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options available for global identification purposes, and an S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. The padlock features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, with additional options for keyed alike, master keyed, and keyed alike-master keyed configurations.
