The Ashland 5' Straight Flow Rail 39064 features a C-channel frame measuring 2-13/16" overall width and includes four wheels per foot with 3" axle centers. Manufactured by Ashland Conveyor Products, this flow rail is constructed from 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" 12-gauge galvanized steel frames. The inline wheels measure 1-15/16" in diameter with bore and are spaced on 3" centers, while staggered wheels are set on 1-1/2" centers. The wheels have capacities of either 75 lb or 100 lb, with 100 lb capacity wheels recommended for pallet flow applications. The FR4 flow rail supports an evenly distributed non-impact load of 36 lbs per foot when supported at 10-foot centers and 260 lbs per foot with supports spaced at 5-foot centers.
