The Yellow Jacket® Titan manifold features a lightweight 3/8" x 45° forged aluminum alloy body for enhanced handling and durability. This kit includes 60" RYB hoses and is designed with a fourth hose to allow connection to hi-/lo-sides, refrigerant tanks, and recovery units or vacuum pumps for diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. It includes a 3/8" vacuum port that accommodates larger hoses, effectively reducing evacuation time by up to 33%, while all other fittings are 1/4". The manifold is equipped with large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case gauges, offering 1% accuracy (class 1) with front access for easy field recalibration. A double "O" ring piston ensures reliability and long service life, and an exclusive 100 mesh filter in-line on all flare fittings helps keep out particulate material, extending the lifespan of the seats. The contoured easy-grip handles are color-coded for quick identification, and there is a sight glass to monitor refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. The heavy-duty hook is designed to withstand pulling, and the manifold is also available with 3-1/2" red and blue liquid-filled gauges. This product is made in the USA, and optional protective gauge boots are available.
