The Yellow Jacket® Brute II manifold with 60" RYB hoses and 3/8" x 45° (46022) features a 4-valve test and charging manifold designed for high flow rates, surpassing conventional models. Constructed with a forged aluminum alloy body for exceptional strength and reliability, it includes 3/8" bores for expedited work. Key attributes consist of a fourth hose that facilitates connection to high/low sides, a refrigerant tank, and a recovery unit or vacuum pump, allowing for diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. The manifold is equipped with 1/4" high/low sides and a 3/8" vacuum port, along with front access for easy recalibration in the field. Reliability is ensured through a double "O" ring piston and an exclusive 100-mesh filter in-line on all flare fittings to prevent particulate material entry, thereby extending the life of the seat. It also features contoured, easy-grip handles for positive control and color-coded identification, a sight glass for monitoring refrigerant movement during charging and recovery, and a heavy-duty hook for added durability.
