Nachi metric tapered roller bearings are designed to carry extra load capacities and are suitable for handling combinations of heavy radial loads and axial loads in one direction only, particularly at low to intermediate speeds. These bearings are typically mounted in pairs, akin to single row angular contact ball bearings.
