The Prairie View WE3020KD-SP is a steam table pan rack designed to accommodate 18 pans with dimensions of 17W x 71-1/2H x 20L inches. Constructed entirely from aluminum, this rack will not rust and features all welded aluminum slides measuring 1H x 1-1/2W inches. It is compatible with various pan sizes by the lip, including full size (20 3/4 x 12 3/4 inches), half size (10 3/8 x 12 3/4 inches), two-thirds size (13 7/8 x 12 3/4 inches), and one-third size (6 7/8 x 12 3/4 inches). The rack is equipped with five swivel stem casters for mobility and ships knocked down in one box, assembling easily with 12 fasteners. It provides 18 pan capacity and features three shelf spacing options.
