The Prairie View Universal Pan Rack has a 15 pan capacity and is constructed from aluminum, ensuring it will not rust. With dimensions of 22-3/4"W x 73-1/4"H x 26"D, it features open viewing from all sides for optimal circulation and cleanliness. The rack includes easy-to-clean 3-1/4" bar slides and is designed to hold standard 12" x 20" steam pans by the lip of the pan or 18" x 26" sheet pans by the base. It is equipped with 5" swivel stem casters for mobility, 4" pan spacing, and a 3-3/8" opening between supports. The non-racking knock-down design allows for efficient shipping via UPS.
