The Prairie View WS3026SC-7ST is a slicer/mixer/scale cart designed with a side load configuration, measuring 28-1/4W x 30H x 20-1/2L. It features a 16 gauge stainless steel removable top, providing easy cleaning and durability. The cart includes a pull-out drawer that extends up to 20 inches from the cart, and it is equipped with 1H x 1-1/2W all-welded aluminum slides that are capable of holding 9 x 26 deli trays and 18 x 26 sheet pans with a 3 slide spacing. The unit is supported by total locking swivel casters that simultaneously lock the swivel and wheel, ensuring stability when stationary.
