The Little Giant® Magnetic Drive Pump 5-MD-HC is designed for highly corrosive chemicals and solutions, operating at 115V with a flow rate of 1050 GPH at 1 foot. This pump series features leak-proof, seal-less magnetic drives and is intended for in-line, non-submersed use, ensuring durability and reliability. Key components include polyphenylene sulfide (e.g., Ryton®), Viton®, carbon, and ceramic materials, contributing to its robust design. The pump is powered by a thermally protected, open fan-cooled permanent split capacitor motor with sleeve bearings, and it comes with a 6 ft power cord and a 3-prong molded plug, while the 230V version does not include a plug.
