The TAA-compliant professional shredder offers a high-security level 6, shredding paper into 1/32" x 3/16" pieces with a continuous-duty motor, capable of shredding 10 sheets of 20 lb. paper at a speed of 27 feet per minute. It features two solid steel cutting cylinders that are designed for minimal wear and do not require sharpening, made using a laser-cut and special heat treating process for enhanced precision. Additionally, patented V-Tek cutting groove technology allows for higher cutting capacity with reduced power requirements. The shredder is equipped with jam-stop auto reverse technology to prevent jams that occur from overfeeding paper, and easy paper removal contributes to productivity without downtime. WhisperShred technology ensures a low noise level of 64 decibels during both idle and shredding operations. A totally enclosed gear box further helps in noise reduction and protects against dust and debris, enhancing durability.
