The 270 Series fire alarm pull station features a robust die cast metal construction with dimensions suitable for installation in various environments, including schools, hospitals, factories, and industrial locations. It is equipped with (2) 6" wire leads and utilizes a break glass type, double action mechanism. The contact rating is 1.5 amps with operation up to 125V AC/DC. Available in both open and closed circuit designs, this pull station includes a tamper-proof reset function for added security. The body is painted red and accented with painted silver stripes. For replacement glass rods, the catalog no. 270-GLR (pkg. of 20) can be ordered. It mounts conveniently on a 4" (72mm) square box using a single gang plaster cover, and can also be surface mounted with either the P-027193 cast back box or the P-039250 steel back box. For weatherproof applications, the catalog no. STI-3150 is available.
