The Edwards Cat. No. 276B series non-coded fire alarm stations feature contemporary-styled Lexan construction, designed for flexibility across various applications and operational sequences. The 276B-1120 is a single action station equipped with terminals for field wiring connections and operates as a single pole, open circuit station with a key-operated reset function. When installed on a circuit that includes smoke detectors, a resistor may be added in series with the alarm initiating contacts to ensure the operation of the station does not extinguish alarm LEDs on activated detectors. For semi-flush mounting, the station is compatible with a standard North American 4-inch square box with a single gang plaster cover featuring a minimum overall depth of 2 1/4 inches (57 mm). For surface mounting applications, the Cat. No. 276B-RSB surface back box can be utilized.
