Series 302 heat detectors are engineered for application in both standard environments and those exposed to adverse conditions such as weather, moisture (internal condensation), and explosive atmospheres. These normally-open devices operate by closing an electrical circuit upon activation, ensuring reliable temperature monitoring. All models come equipped with rate compensation technology. Specifically, the 302-135 model offers a fixed temperature rating of 135°F (57.2°C). Additional attributes include a self-restoring mechanism, hermetic sealing for protection against environmental factors, shock and corrosion resistance, and a tamperproof design, making them suitable for a wide range of installations.
