The 270 Series fire alarm pull station is designed for use in fire alarm installations within schools, hospitals, factories, and industrial locations. It features a die cast metal construction, terminal strip wiring, a break glass type mechanism, and a double action design. The station is available in both open and closed circuit configurations and includes a tamper-proof reset function. Its body is painted red with silver stripes, and it mounts on a 4" (72mm) square box with a single gang plaster cover. For surface mounting, the P-027193 cast back box or the P-039250 steel back box can be used. For weatherproof installations, the STI-3150 catalog number should be ordered. Replacement glass rods can be obtained by ordering catalog No. 270-GLR, which comes in a package of 20.
