The 80/20® 1530-Lite-97 is a 1-1/2" x 3" Lite T-Slotted Profile available in a 97" stock bar. This profile eliminates the need for welding, thereby avoiding issues related to heat stress or warpage, and does not require priming or painting. It is lightweight and easy to machine, utilizing standard fractional or metric fasteners while minimizing required engineering time. The fabrication process is straightforward, requiring only simple hand tools, and employs industry-accepted T-slot technology, offering great aesthetic value.
