The 80/20® 1547-242 is a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" T-slotted profile available in a 242" stock bar. It features a no welding design that eliminates heat stress and warpage, requires no priming or painting, and is lightweight and easy to machine. The profile utilizes standard fractional or metric fasteners, resulting in less engineering time required and allowing for easy fabrication with only simple hand tools.
