The 80/20® 1501-242 is a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" T-slotted profile, available in a 242" stock bar. This product features no welding, eliminating concerns related to heat stress or warpage, and does not require priming or painting. It is lightweight and easy to machine, compatible with standard fractional or metric fasteners, which reduces engineering time and simplifies fabrication. Only simple hand tools are necessary for assembly.
