The 80/20® 1010-97 is a 1" x 1" T-slotted profile featuring a 97" stock bar that eliminates the need for welding, thus avoiding heat stress and warpage. This profile does not require priming or painting and is lightweight, making it easy to machine. It utilizes standard fractional or metric fasteners, reducing engineering time.
