The 80/20® 1020-97 is a 1" x 2" T-slotted profile designed as a 97" stock bar. This product features a no welding design, eliminating concerns about heat stress or warpage, and does not require priming or painting. It is lightweight and easy to machine, using standard fractional or metric fasteners, which reduces engineering time. The profile is easy to fabricate with only simple hand tools necessary and is built on industry-accepted T-slot technology, providing great aesthetic value.
