Rust-Oleum 9800 System <340 VOC DTM Urethane Mastic Silver Gray 9882419 is a high solids, high-build, direct-to-metal (DTM) acrylic urethane designed to provide exceptional corrosion protection and long-term appearance in aggressive environments. This self-priming coating offers excellent adhesion and coverage in just one coat, delivering an extremely durable finish with superior color and gloss retention compared to other DTM urethanes. The product features a low temperature cure down to 32° F (0° C) and demonstrates excellent sag resistance, making it suitable for applications at high-film builds, with a recommended dry film thickness (DFT) of 3-5 mils. The kit includes all necessary components for application, and the specifications ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. The final finish is available in a silver gray color.
