The kit is designed for general-purpose deep drilling operations, making it suitable for normal materials and drilling holes in hard-to-reach locations or inaccessible areas. It effectively drills through normal steels, cast iron, and a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. The kit is compatible with hand-held manual drills as well as either portable or stationary machines. It features a right hand (clockwise rotation) cutting direction, a standard two flute design, and normal spiral-helical flutes. The drill bits come with straight shanks that correspond to the drill diameter and are available in overall lengths of 6", 10", 12", and 18".
