The Morse® Portable Drum Roller is designed for agitating drum contents at 20 RPM using an air motor, allowing mixing without opening the drum, which helps incorporate important ingredients and reduce sediment accumulation. This compact, portable mixer features a drum cradle that accommodates drums measuring 6" to 28" (15 to 71 cm) in diameter and up to 40" (101.6 cm) in height. Note that the tipping lever is only effective for drums 30" (76.2 cm) or taller. The capacity for liquid loads is 500 lb. (227 kg), while dry loads can reach up to 400 lb. (181 kg), although a shifting dry load may put additional stress on the drum rotator. The dimensions of the drum mixer are 19.25" (48.9 cm) in height when rolling a drum, and it measures 21" wide x 34.75" long (53 to 88 cm) in the rolling position. It includes a built-in retractable tipping lever to facilitate loading, can function as a drain stand to dispense from the drum, and has enclosed sides and back for protection of the drive mechanism, complying with OSHA requirements.
