The Morse® portable drum roller features a variable speed of 10 to 24 rpm powered by a 1-phase 115V motor, designed to agitate drum contents without opening the drum, eliminating worker exposure and clean-up issues associated with insertion mixers. It accommodates drums from 6" to 28" (15.2 to 71 cm) in diameter and up to 40" (102 cm) tall, with the tipping lever engaging only drums 30" (76.2 cm) or taller. The roller efficiently handles liquid loads up to 500 lb. (227 kg) and dry loads up to 400 lb. (181 kg) at 10 rpm, with reduced dry load capacities at higher speeds. Wheels are user-relocatable to fit various steel drum sizes. The drum mixer stands 19.25" (48.9 cm) tall when rolling a drum for easier loading and unloading, and measures 21" wide by 34.75" long (53 to 88 cm) with the drum in rolling position. A built-in retractable tipping lever assists with loading, and the enclosed sides and back protect the drive. The unit can also function as a drain stand to dispense directly from the drum through a faucet.
