The Morse® Portable Drum Roller features a 20 RPM explosion-proof 1-phase motor designed to agitate drum contents without the need to open the drum, ensuring safe mixing of important ingredients and the elimination of sediment buildup. The mixer is capable of rolling drums with diameters ranging from 6" to 28" (15 to 71 cm) and heights up to 40" (101.6 cm), although the tipping lever is only effective for drums 30" (76.2 cm) or taller. The capacity for liquid loads is up to 500 lb. (227 kg), while dry loads can reach up to 400 lb. (181 kg), noting that shifting dry loads may exert more stress on the drum rotator. The dimensions of the drum mixer are 19.25" (48.9 cm) in height when rolling, with a width of 21" and a length of 34.75" (53 to 88 cm) in the rolling position. It includes a built-in retractable tipping lever to facilitate the loading process and can also be used as a drain stand for dispensing from the drum.
