The Morse® Morstop™ Tilt-Brake Kit is designed for field installation on manual tilt models only and features a unique mechanism that automatically stops and holds the drum tilt angle, effectively preventing unwanted drum rotation. This compact anti-backdrive device operates smoothly and quietly in both directions, eliminating the need for operators to manually lock the pull-chain or hand crank to secure the drum. The Morstop™ Tilt-Brake is compatible with various models in the Morse Drum Karriers, such as Forklift-Karriers (285 Series), Kontrol-Karriers (185 Series), and Hydra-Lift Karriers (410 or 400 Series), and it can be fitted onto any manual tilt product utilizing a Morse style gear block. It includes a silver label for identification and is made in the USA, with a warranty period of 2 years.
