The Morse® drum adaptor is a stainless steel accessory designed for handling 18.5"-19" diameter drums using a Morse drum handler. This adaptor allows the handler to accommodate smaller drums quickly and efficiently by reducing the grip diameter from the standard 22.5" used for 55-gallon steel drums. Once dispensing is completed, the adaptor can be easily removed to revert to handling larger drums. The adaptors for 17.5" diameter and smaller drums include top and bottom brackets, enabling them to securely hold drums up to 38" tall. It is important to note that for drums with ribs, the proper size diameter adaptor should only be used on drums with a band at least 8" wide between the ribs. The adaptors are made in 1.5" increments to align with common drum sizes, and custom sizes can be manufactured upon special request. The drum adaptors are compatible with Forklift-Karriers (285 series), Kontrol-Karriers (185 series), Hydra-Lift Karriers (410 or 400 series), and vertical-lift drum pourers (510, 520, 515, and 525 series). This product is made in the USA and comes with a 2-year warranty.
