The Morse® below-hook drum lifter is designed for lifting and transporting 22"-23.5" diameter steel, fiber, or poly drums with a capacity of 1,000 lb. (454 kg). This unit conveniently attaches to a hoist, crane, monorail, or chain block, and secures the drum using a ratchet and pawl mechanism along with a supportive bottom bar, ensuring safe transport without the risk of sliding. It effectively handles drums with a height ranging from 23" to 38" (58.4 cm to 96.5 cm) and can accommodate smaller drums down to 14" (35.6 cm) in diameter with diameter adapters. Each unit undergoes load testing at the factory at 125% of the rated capacity in accordance with American National Standard ASME B30.20, and a load test certificate is included with each purchase. The device is proudly made in the USA and comes with a 2-year warranty.
