The MORSE® PAILPRO™ 1 to 5 gallon can tumbler for 2 cans is equipped with an air motor and has a capacity of 100 lbs. (45.5 kg) per can. It provides aggressive corner-over-corner mixing action inside sealed cans or pails, blending contents of closed 1 to 5 gallon (4 to 19 liter) pails or cans, including typical 5 gallon cans, with diameters up to 12.5" (31 cm) and heights from 4.5" to 16.5" (12 to 42 cm). The tumbler mixes or agitates small batches quickly and economically, re-homogenizes settled ingredients, blends liquids or dry materials, and tumbles pails with media for deburring or polishing parts. It holds cans at an angle to horizontal for vigorous mixing, continuously rotating the pails in one direction without shaking or oscillating. The tumbling speed is 23 rpm. The pail mixer secures cans quickly with a hand wheel on a threaded rod and locking handle. The can mixer base measures 28" x 28" (71 x 71 cm), and OSHA requires an enclosure for safety. This product is made in the USA and comes with a 2-year warranty.
