The Morse® PailPro™ 1 to 5-gallon can tumbler is designed for use with one can and features an explosion-proof 1-phase motor, capable of handling a capacity of 100 lbs (45.5 kg). This can tumbler provides aggressive corner-over-corner mixing action, allowing for effective blending of products inside sealed cans or pails, thereby reducing hazards and minimizing clean-up. It is suitable for blending liquids or dry materials and can re-homogenize settled ingredients. The tumbler accommodates steel or plastic cans and pails with a diameter of up to 12.5" (31 cm) and a height ranging from 4.5" to 16.5" (12 to 42 cm), including typical 5-gallon cans. The tumbler operates at a tumbling speed of 23 RPM and holds cans at an angle to achieve vigorous mixing without shaking or oscillating. The pail mixer is secured in the can mixer holder using a hand wheel on a threaded rod and a locking handle, and the can mixer base dimensions are 28" x 28" (71 x 71 cm). Compliance with OSHA regulations requires an enclosure, and the product is made in the USA with a 2-year warranty.
