The large diameter pad design ensures solid support, while the coupling nut is not recommended for installation; instead, use a nut on a tapped hole of 1 - 1 1/2 times the thread diameter being utilized. To determine the appropriate leveling mount size, divide the machine weight by the number of required mounts, which provides the pounds or load per mount. Maximum load ratings for the leveling mounts with elastomer pad are calculated based on a 40% distortion of the elastomer pad, ensuring suitability for application requirements with the bore and non-skid elastomer pad. For certain minimum quantities, modifications such as lag bolt holes and alternative plating versions are available upon request. The heat resistance for Delrin base mounts includes a continuous operating temperature of 82°C (180°F) and a melting point of 175°C (347°F).
