Lpst leveling mounts swivel 10-15° to all sides of the centerline to adjust to uneven surfaces, making them suitable for leveling machine tools, electronic racks, benches, and more. The kit includes leveling mounts designed with a large diameter pad for solid support. The coupling nut is not recommended for installation; instead, a nut should be used on a tapped hole of 1 - 1½ times the thread diameter being utilized. To determine the proper leveling mount size, divide the machine weight by the number of required mounts, yielding the pounds or load per mount. The maximum load ratings for leveling mounts with an elastomer pad are calculated based on a 40% distortion to the pad, ensuring proper application when using the bore with the non-skid elastomer pad. Modifications such as lag bolt holes and various plating options are available upon request for certain minimum quantities. The heat resistance for Delrin base mounts includes a continuous operating temperature of 82°C (180°F) and a melting point of 175°C (347°F).
